The renovation that Lance did was amazing and efficient. The job was completed quickly and matched the time line he provided before the work started. He protected our finished floors and cleaned up after him self. He was able to work with our budget, meet our requests, and work around our schedule. Above all he was very friendly, honest and open. Lance and the AboveBoard team, were professional and friendly. We were able to negotiate changes, and they adapted quickly with alternate solutions. The workmanship was meticulous and thorough. There was a problem with the new bath, discovered after the work was complete, nothing to do with AboveBoard, and Lance came immediately, with an injured back and spent 3 days making a correction.
